With us, you can easily reach any of the exclusive ski resorts in the Alps region from any airport in Switzerland.
All our vehicles for ski transfers are operated by our courteous, experienced, professional drivers and are equipped with 4×4 (AWD – all-wheel drive) for increased safety during the trip.
Our fleet of luxury limousines, ranging from sedans and minivans to minibuses and coaches, is equipped to transport you and your luggage safely and comfortably to your winter vacation destination.
Our driver will welcome you, and your group, at the arrival terminal of your flight and escort you to the vehicle.
Our back office team is at your disposal 24 hours, 7 days a week all year long.
We will take care of your stress free, comfortable and safe voyage from the moment we meet!
Waiting time - Airport-pick-ups: For Zurich airport 45 minutes are included, for continental flights and 1 hour for intercontinental flights.
Private jet pickups: 15 minutes included | Other location: 10 minutes included
Thereafter the waiting time is charged 100% of hourly rate agreed. In order to avoid a no- show fee, passengers should not leave designated meeting locations without notifying EdelSwiss, at +41 43 508 07 99.
Cancellation Policy - In case of cancellation or re-booking while the chauffeur is already on the way to the pick-up location and/or there are less than 3 hours remaining until the start of the journey the full fare is to be charged. If the distance or number of hours is less than originally booked, the price remains unaffected. Short-term changes cannot be guaranteed by EdelSwiss International-Limousinen GmbH.
Cancellation fees for limousines and minivans (up to max. 6/7 seats) - If the period between the cancellation or postponement and the booked journey is less than 24 hours, the cancellation fee is 75% of the agreed amount of the booking.
Cancellation charges for minibuses (up to max. 16 seats) - If the period between the cancellation or postponement and the booked journey is less than 24 hours, the cancellation fee is 100% of the agreed amount of the booking.
Cancellation charges for minibuses, coaches and VIP coaches (from 17 seats) - If the period between the cancellation or postponement and the booked journey is between 3 and 5 days, the cancellation fee is 50% of the agreed amount of the booking. If the period between the cancellation or postponement and the booked journey is less than 3 days, the cancellation fee is 100% of the agreed amount of the booking.
NOTE: Cancellation policy stated above is not valid during Annual Meeting of World Economic Forum in Davos and will be presented in the quotation.
Driver's duty times - The drivers have a maximum duty time of 15 hours, a maximum driving time of 9 hours and a minimum rest time of 11 hours per day (in rare occasions it can be reduced to a minimum of 9 hours). These are legal requirements, which are observed for customers ́ safety. If necessary, EdelSwiss International Limousine GmbH may have to assign a second driver to the trip, with associated expenses. The price of this will be based on the second driver's duties and the distances involved.
Luggage Policy - EdelSwiss is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicles. EdelSwiss reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found.
