Excellent service. Both legs. The communication was first rate. Both drivers pleasant and friendly. Vans were comfortable. One small point, was our return journey driver drove uncomfortably and unnecessarily fast . We did get there in one piece though.

We had a 6 hour delay so consequently missed our transfer, more worryingly we were heading into Chambery in Chaos due to delays etc, managed to keep in contact with Pro Transfer and they rearranged the job and were waiting for us despite the hectic airport,,,, we had to pay again which was fair enough, but most importantly they did not let us down.... would use again...

Conditions of transport:
The transport voucher is intended for a natural person who may be accompanied by several other people, the number of which depends on the type of vehicle.
For a sedan, the number of passengers is limited to 4.
For a van, the number of passengers is limited to 7.
The volume of the luggage must not exceed the capacity of the trunk.
The contents of the luggage must not be such as to damage the vehicle or create any danger.
It is the responsibility of the recipient of the transport voucher to indicate to the driver, when ordering, the existence of one or more children under 10 years of age among the passengers, as well as the presence of an animal, so that safety arrangements can be made, if necessary.
The driver will pick you up on the date, at the time and at the address indicated on the voucher.
When a fixed amount is specified on the voucher, this is considered accepted by the customer and does not depend on traffic conditions. However, it is calculated on the basis of a pick-up location, a destination, and may take into account a stage, stopover times and a return, if applicable.
The transfer can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the date of travel, provided that full payment has been made.
Any change to this itinerary or the expected waiting times, at the customer's request, entitles the driver to modify the flat rate accordingly. The amount is calculated inclusive of all taxes.
It is recalled that the driver is required to comply with the Highway Code and that no instructions given by the customer that could result in an offence will be followed by the Driver
