The company Green Transfert provides transport services using transport vehicles. Transport with Driver (VTC), exclusively by reservation and at a previously defined price. The head office of Green Transfert is located at 42 rue Pierre Audrey Lyon 69009. The company Green Transfert is registered in the commercial register under number 919 236 679 00016 and in the Register of Transport Car Operators with Driver of Ministry of the Environment, Energy and the Sea under number EVTC 069230353.
1 – PURPOSE
The purpose of these General Conditions is to define the conditions applicable to transport service contracts concluded between Green Transfert and its customers. By using the services of Green Transfert, the Customer is presumed to have read these General Conditions of Sale and have fully accepted them.
2 – FORMATION OF THE TRANSPORT SERVICE CONTRACT
The customer provides all information regarding their request for service. He is solely responsible for this information the following of which are considered essential to the contract: customer name, email address, telephone number, date of transport service, pick-up location, drop-off location, pick-up time, number of passengers (adult/child), number of luggage(s), nature of the service (transfer, provision). Green Transfert sets the price of the service in depending in particular on the information provided by the Customer. Payment of the price is made by credit card via a secure electronic system. In communicating his bank details, the customer accepts in advance and unconditionally that Transfert Van carries out the secure transaction and authorizes its bank in advance to debit his account of the amount of the benefit. After confirmation by the Customer of his request for service and payment of the price, Green Transfert sends him, in return, by email exclusively, a reservation voucher summarizing the information related to the service. The customer is responsible verification of the information contained in the reservation voucher. If it is impossible to Green Transfert to send the said reservation voucher by email, the reservation is presumed in accordance with the customer's request.
3 – PRICES
Green Transfert sets the price of the service based in particular on the information provided by the Customer, flat rates have priority over transfers. The prices indicated in our Prices include VAT at the rate set by the regulations in force for the services of transport (10% for transfers, 20% for provision), driver service, fuel and unlimited insurance for the people transported, tolls are included in the transportation. Parking costs are not included in the service. As part of an update provision is not included the driver's catering and hotel costs.
4 – REGULATIONS
Payment methods accepted: Cash, bank cards (Visa, MasterCard). Any service of transport by transfer or provision is payable upon ordering.
5 – RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION
5 – 1 – RESERVATION:
Any reservation implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale. The customer and the service provider undertake to respect all the clauses cited in this CONTRACT. No modification can be made to the above conditions unless agreed. prior notice between the parties. This contract would be automatically suspended or canceled and without compensation of any kind in all recognized cases of force majeure (external event at Green Transfert) such as disruption of traffic routes, bad weather, manifestation, accident, breakdown or malfunction of telecommunications networks, shortage of labor or materials... The contract is only deemed concluded once the payment of the order is collected. Otherwise it is automatically void.
Any reservation for a car with driver is mandatory and must be made at least 24 hours in advance via the website or at the last minute by telephone depending on availability.
Special features for train station and airport pick-up:

Please note in “additional information” when booking the flight number or train.
For flights, if you do not have checked baggage in the hold, the 15 minute wait included in the race are usually enough. However, if you need to collect baggage recorded and/or if you come from a non-European destination, the time you leave the plane, the baggage recovery and possible control by the police require fairly long delays important.
To avoid having to pay for a wait, we advise you to add a delay of 30 minutes.
5 – 2 – CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION
A reservation may be canceled by the customer, before the pick-up time indicated in the reservation voucher, by e-mail only to [email protected]:
• 100% refund if cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the scheduled time support.
• 50% refund if cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the scheduled time in charge.
• 0% refund if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the pickup time in charge.
Any modification of the contract during the execution of the service may result in a readjustment of the agreed price. Green Transfert reserves the right to refuse these modifications.
5 – 3 – PRICE INCREASE / DELAY
(Added to original terms by Snowcompare). For arriving flights there will be 1hr30 free waiting time from the original scheduled landing time of the flight. Beyond this there is a charge of 25 euros per half hour, or part thereof.
Any delay by the passenger(s) compared to the pick-up time indicated on the voucher reservation entails an increase in the price of the service, in the event that the customer notifies by telephone the driver, according to the following conditions:
• More than 15 minutes late: 10 euros
• More than 30 minutes late: 25 euros
• For any additional half hour of delay: 25 euros
Payment of these increases occurs at the latest at the time of the increase in the passenger(s) in the vehicle.
Any request for pick-up between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. will be increased by 20%.
If the client is absent from the meeting place, beyond the first 15 free minutes, without any manifestation on his part, nor response to the driver's telephone call, the benefit will be definitively lost, without possibility of postponement and without being able to claim any reimbursement.
6 – QUALITY OF SERVICE
The transport of people for payment is a regulated activity. Only vehicles authorized can perform this service and:
• Equipped with a professional card number issued by the prefecture.
• Equipped with a registration certificate issued by the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy, Road Transport Organization Office travelers / VTC center
• Equipped with a registration sticker affixed to the windshield of the vehicle. Green Transfert undertakes to carry out or have transport services carried out in accordance with the reservation voucher and in compliance with all regulations and legislation in force. In the event of subcontracting, the company Green Transfert ensures that the people and companies which it appeals to meet the same conditions.
7 – RESPONSIBILITIES
Green Transfert is guaranteed by a reputably solvent insurance company which covers the risks linked to its activity in accordance with the regulations in force. In the event of a dispute, the liability of the company Green Transfert can only be held to the condition for the Client to provide proof of wrongful behavior on the part of the latter and a causal link with the damage claimed.
The company’s unlimited multi-risk insurance Green Transfert covers liabilities linked to the business. The customer is responsible for his actions legally and criminally.
7 – 1 – RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND THE PERSONS CARRIED
The customer undertakes for himself and for the passengers for whom he has contracted with Green Transfert to behave like a good father from the moment you take charge, by particular, respecting the driver and the transport equipment as well as the provisions following:
Compliance with the rules of the Highway Code (wearing a seat belt, car seat, booster…),
• Prohibition of smoking, eating and transporting dangerous materials. If necessary, your driver will make a stop on the route.
• Prohibition on consuming alcohol in the vehicle,
• Baggage is accepted and remains the responsibility of the customer. The company Green Transfert cannot be held responsible in the event of damage and/or loss of luggage or electronic device (phone, tablet, etc.).
• Any damage to the vehicle, caused by the customer, will be entirely their responsibility.
• For all other damage resulting in immobilization of the vehicle: - Billing in reality + Capital costs + Shortfall in turnover on an average of the last 3 months. In the event of deterioration leading to cancellation of the service following, a fixed rate of €150.00 will be applied in addition, payable immediately by credit card...
• Cleaning in the event of vomit will be charged €150.00 including tax in addition to the service payable continued by CB.
• Small domestic animals are accepted, provided they are in a transport cage. Large assistance dogs are allowed.
Failure to comply with these provisions entails the exclusive responsibility of the customer and passengers both with regard to Green Transfert and third parties. The company Green Transfert declines any responsibility for the actions of its customer before and after its transport. Green Transfert reserves the right to refuse pick-up, or to disembark, a passenger who does not respect these obligations, as well as an alcoholic passenger.
7 – 2 – COMPLAINTS
Any complaint is only admissible within 5 days of the execution of the transport service. concerned. Anything different falls to the Courts instead of the company's Head Office.
8 – PROVISION / TRANSFER
8 – 1 – TRANSFER:
The transfer service begins at the company headquarters address Green Transfert and ends upon arrival of the customer at the intended address.
8 – 2 – PROVISION:
Provision: transport is of limited mileage within the framework of provision to time:
• 25 kilometers for 1 hour of availability,
• 125 kilometers for 5 hours of availability.
Any hour started is due in full.
