Cancellations

To cancel your booking, please send an email to our Customer Service team up to 2 days before the date of your transfer. We collect a 20% administration fee for any cancellations made up to 2 days before the transfer date. If you cancel later than 2 days before, higher charges may apply- up to 100% of the booking cost.

How to Amend Your Transfer Booking

If you need to change your booking, amendments can be made via email to our Customer Service team up to 3 days prior to the date of your booked transfer.

We don’t take an administration fee for amending your booking. However, you will be required to pay any differences in price for your new booking or service.

Delay

During the booking process we will ask you to provide us with specific flight details. The driver will use this information to monitor your flight for any delays and will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall of the airport accordingly.

"included" waiting time for departure on your transfer is 60 minutes if the place of departure is the airport.

We charge extra after 60 minutes of waiting time and the price is 1 euros /minute.
