These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services provided by ALPY for Alpine transfers. By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully. 

 

1. Booking and Payment: 

 

To book a transfer service with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. 

 

Payment for our services is required at the time of booking, and all prices are subject to change without notice. 

 

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy: 

 

Please refer to our Refund Policy (below) for information on cancellations and refunds. 

 

3. Responsibilities of Passengers: 

 

Passengers are expected to be punctual and ready for pick-up at the specified location and time. 

 

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary travel documents, such as passports or visas, for international transfers. 

 

4. Conduct and Safety: 

 

Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and non-disruptive manner during the transfer. 

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a safety risk or engages in disruptive behaviour. 

 

5. Delays and Changes: 

 

While we make every effort to adhere to schedules, delays, and changes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic) may occur. 

 

We will not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of delays or changes beyond our control.

Refund Policy 

At ALPY, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service for your Alpine transfers. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our cancellation and refund procedures. 

 

1. Full Refund (Cancellation 7 Days Before Transfer): 

 

If you cancel your transfer 7 days before the scheduled date, you are eligible for a full refund of your booking price. 

 

2. Partial Refund (Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Transfer): 

 

If you cancel your transfer less than 7 days before the scheduled date, a 50% refund of your booking price will be issued. 

 

3. No Refund (Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before Transfer): 

 

Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time. 

 

4. Refund Processing: 

 

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for booking. 

 

Please allow up to 1-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 

 

5. Refund Request: 

 

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with your booking details and the reason for cancellation. 

 

Refund requests must be made by the person who made the booking. 

 

6. No-Show Policy: 

 

If you do not show up for your transfer without prior notice, no refund will be provided. 

 

7. Booking Modifications: 

 

We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

 

8. Weather and Safety Concerns: 

 

In cases of extreme weather conditions or other safety concerns that prevent us from providing the transfer service, a full refund will be issued. 

 

9. Exceptional Circumstances: 

 

In rare and exceptional circumstances beyond your control (e.g., medical emergencies), please contact us, and we will assess refunds on a case-by-case basis.
