WAITING TIME
1 HOUR AIRPORT WAITING TIME is included in the price, starting from the scheduled arrival time.
30 MINUTES TRAIN STATION WAITING TIME is included, starting from the scheduled arrival time.
15 MINUTES WAITING TIME on departures is included in the price, starting from agreed pick-up time.
15 MINUTES SANITARY STOPS on the way are included in the price.
EXTRA HOUR WAITING TIME = 60 EUROS/HOUR – extra waiting time starts after mentioned before included in the price waiting times and IS NOT counted proportionally, as soon as extra waiting time starts, client has to pay for whole hour.
EXTRA CHARGES
NO EXTRA CHARGES FOR SKI EQUIPMENT, BABY-SEATS, BOOSTERS AND LATE ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES, just don't forget to mention it on the booking.
Booking the baby-seats in advance is fully the responsibility of the customer and the driver can not take the children on board if the special equipment is needed, but was not booked.
For the transfers of 6 pax and more PLS CHECK THE AMOUNT OF LUGGAGE IN ADVANCE, so that it could FIT THE VAN. THE CLIENT HAVING TOO MUCH LUGGAGE not fitting into the car is obliged to book the extra luggage car upon avaliability and for the EXTRA CHARGE.
Additional stops have to be agreed, because might not be available due to next transfers planned. If client knows that he would like to stop at mall or restaurant on the way, we recommend to book it while booking transfer or at least before transfer itself. Price for waiting time is same as mentioned before.
CANCELLATIONS
FREE OF CHARGE CANCELLATION IS POSSIBLE UP TO 7 DAYS before the Service.
50% FEE - in the case of cancellation FROM 7 DAYS TO 2 DAYS (48 HOURS) before the Service.
NO CANCELLATION is possible and no refund is required AFTER 48 HOURS time before the Service and in the case of no-shows.
OTHER TERMS
Passengers assume full responsibility for their use of seatbelts, as well as booster / child seat use of their kids. In case passengers don`t use required safety devices and driver gets fined for that, passengers are responsible to cover these costs. We are not responsible for any injuries that happened due to passengers ignoring safety requirements.
Any damage caused to vehicle by a passenger(s) must be paid for immediately. If payment cannot, or will not, be made then Supplier will be forced to take legal action against the passenger(s) in question.
Passengers are not allowed to take onto our vehicles any alcoholic drinks for the purpose of consuming them, or to drink such drinks on our vehicles. The consummation of food is not permitted on any Suppliers vehicle.
Passengers who soil the interior of a van due to alcohol or food consumption, are liable to an on the spot fine of 250 EUR. This fine is payable immediately to the driver.
If interior of a van is soiled due to passengers or kids sickness, on the spot fine of 250 EUR is applied. To avoid it passengers are always provided with special bags and are welcome to inform driver if stop for fresh air is needed. We also recommend not to use gadgets (phone, tab etc.) during drive in the mountains.
Suppliers reserves the right (and delegates to its chauffeurs the right) to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behavior is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passenger(s).
