Brilliant service! We had flight delays coming into Chambray (nearly a whole days delay!) and Dom tours were brilliant. Great communication throughout, nothing too much trouble, friendly but professional drivers. A big thanks to Sergio, which drove past a food outlet as the 8 of us had not eaten properly all day and got us to our ski hotel safely. Thank you also to Andis the driver who picked us up from our hotel to Chambray to go home....and drove slowly and carefully in very icy conditions.

Overall very good service and vehicles. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was we had difficulty locating the driver at the airport and the coach was too big to get to the hotel so had a steep icy walk with suitcases and children. Coaches and drivers very good, would use again

Generally good service, collected on time at each end. Improvements: on the first leg the driver didn't make contact with me as it was suggested he would, therefore we landed not knowing if our driver would be there or not, he was :-). On the return trip the driver spent quite a bit of time texting on the phone/ sat nav device which made me nervous when driving around the mountains. In the UK that is illegal I suspect it is in France also

The transfer from Lyon to Les Arcs was excellent, the driver messaged the day before, was very communicative even though we were delayed and had a pause on the way as our 3 year old was feeling travel sick on the way up the mountain, 5* The transfer on the way back was the opposite - the driver went to the wrong location, drove well over the speed limit (150km/h+) despite us having a 3 year old in the back and asking to slow down, he was also falling asleep at the wheel, terrible 0*

Pick up and transfer from airport was excellent. Driver waiting in arrivals and very quickly got us on our journey. Disappointing return journey as we got picked up far too early despite asking for a later time. This early pick up meant we were at the airport 4 1/2 hours before departure which is ridiculous!

The transfer from the airport to the slopes was one word - dangerous. The driver fell asleep at the wheel and nearly went into the back of another car. He was reckless for most of the journey. So much so that we asked to stop off into a services where I reminded him that we have children on board. I contacted dom tours about this and they made a simple apology - obviously not aware/care of the seriousness of the situation. Very disappointing.

Brilliant. Was contacted night before transfer to confirm pick up time and location, then messaged by driver at time of transfer to say he was outside. Vehicle was clean and well driven, driver was friendly. Third time using snowcompare to book transfers and every time been very happy with the service and the price.

Perfect transfer. On the outbound journey (Geneva to La Plagne) the driver allowed a brief stop at a supermarket to buy essentials we'd need for our stay. My wife sadly broke her collar bone in La Plagne. On the return trip the driver (Richard) drove gently to minimise discomfort.

Everything worked perfectly and the drivers were really polite, professional and helpful. The 16 seat buses were also much more comfortable that 8 seat minibuses that some other companies use. It is always stressful waiting for confirmation of the pick up details from the drivers (maybe that is just me!?) and perhaps getting the driver to contact the customer 48 hours ahead of the trip would be helpful.

Good communication prior to transfer which was reassuring. However on booking we have been assured that we could stop at a super market on the way up the mountain but the driver was unwilling to do that and on the way back our pick up time was already cautiously early and then the driver arrived an hour before this. Causing us to turn up at the airport 5 hours early before the airport had even opened

Transfer from airport to resort was good, communication was good, vehicles were comfortable. Only downside is that the transfer back to the airport was for a flight at 10:45 and we were told we needed to leave at 3:30am. We got to the airport at 5:45 so we had to sit in Grenoble airport for 5 hours. The road conditions were good and there was no risk of road closures causing significant delay - I understand the need to be prudent but this was too much, and not for our benefit .

Driver Victor WhatsApped me a couple of days before booking so I had his details. Had to inform him of flight delay but he was fine with it and waited patiently at the airport. Similarly the return driver Richard contacted us and let us know when he arrived for return journey.

I must confess I was nervous using SnowCompare and Dom Tours, both companies I hadn't heard of before. I selected Dom Tours due to the reviews and price and wasn't disappointed. I received whatsapp messages the night before each journey confirming the arrangements. The drivers were smart and courteous. Water, sick bags, wet wipes and tissues were provided which we needed as our 8 year old was sick on the way back. I will use again without hesitation. Great service.

Excellent transfers both to and from Tignes in December 2023. Both drivers arrived in good time, friendly and caring. I chose a mid-range company in terms of cost but good value for 5 adults transfers and will definitely look to use Dom again next time.

The outbound transfer was smooth and easy with good early commnication from the actual driver. For the return transfer I had to chase up the operator and then the driver for a confirmation pick up time less than 12 hours beofre the collection time which was at 05:30am and even after I spoke with the driver in person, he still arrived 30 mins earlier than we agreed less than 8 hours previously. We also arrived at Grenoble 3 hours and 45 mins before our flight departure time which wasn't ideal.

Nice bus and up until transfer very easy to communicate.Driver was really miserable and rude, and ended up breaking a suitcase lock when he slammed close the trailer roof. I appreciate we were delayed, but that was outside our control as flight was delayed and showed no understanding with first comment “you’re very late” despite us communicating the issue prior to leaving the UK. When we pointed out the case our driver acted like nothing happened but kicked away the part that broke off.

Return private transfer to La Tania for 7 of us with 2 lots of ski's in addition to hold luggage. Communication was good, with confirmation the day before travel. The drivers were both very polite and helpful, and the vehicle was in good order. Would be happy to recommend and would use again. The price was competitive.

Transfer from Geneva to Les Arcs 1800. Good transfer but driver was not very friendly and wouldn't take us to get our keys. We had to leave all our stuff outside the apartment while we went to get the keys from another part of town. The return transfer was perfect. Really friendly driver, very helpful. Stopped for us to drop off our keys, stopped for coffee later on, interesting guy. Much appreciated. Overall though I would definitely recommend this transfer

We did a return journey from Chambery to Val Thorens over Feb half term 2023 - we had two drivers who were both on time, polite, considerate (helped with bags, offered drinks) and most importantly were good drivers. Would highly recommend and would book again.

We were delayed by one hour at the airport because of a lost bag and the taxi company changed us an extra 70 euros because the driver had to wait. This seemed excessive to us. 30 euros for the inconvenience would have been reasonable
