Girl Snowboarder Sitting

Here at Snowcompare our mission has always been to help our customers find the best ski transfers from amongst our great partners. We’ve been successful in linking up hundreds of groups with fantastic private taxi transfer between the airport and ski resort in our three seasons so far. Allowing people to see all the available private transfers on one page with prices, reviews and company information has worked great, and we’re extremely proud to have received some fantastic customer reviews so far.

We’ve always wanted to provide information on every available ski transfer option though – so it was important to us to include shared transfers & scheduled transfer buses on the Snowcompare system. We’ve worked hard to build an easy-to-use comparison system which allows our customers to see all the available shared transfers along with the bus timings, the price and we’ll be building up customer reviews asap too.

Group of Friends Skiing

This means if you’re looking for transport from the airport or train station to your chosen ski resort, we can show you every option at the click of a button. Snowcompare customers can enter their journey details once and then see all the appropriate private transfers and shared transfers on two straightforward web pages. Pick the partner you want to go with, complete the booking and we’ll arrange everything from there on out.

Types of Shared Transfer

Shared transfers encompass two types of company. There are the specialised shared companies who operate a set timetable throughout the season and most likely run larger buses with set location drop-offs in each resort. The other type is smaller companies who run private transfers in eight person minibuses, but for whatever reason lay on more flexible shared transfers at convenient times throughout the winter. Both types have their pros and cons, which we’ll discuss in a future blog – but the one thing that is very clear is that if you are skiing on a budget a shared transfer can be a great way to save a significant amount of cash.

Geneva & Grenoble Airport Shared Transfers

Our first partner to commit to shared transfers right through the ski season is Simply Transfers. As part of the Loyet group they have been running coach transfers in the French Alps for over 55 years. Their cheap shared transfer coaches run at regular intervals from Geneva airport on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays – and Grenoble airport on Saturdays all through the winter season. They cover a multitude of resorts including; Val d’Isere, Tignes, Les Arcs, La Plagne, Val Thorens, Courchevel & Meribel.

So, if you’re looking for any type of ski resort transfer this coming winter – shared, private or large group – then Snowcompare.com makes it simple to Search, Compare & Book ski transfers in a matter of minutes.

Book your mountain transfer!

Simple and effective way to save money on your ski transfers. Tried getting quotes directly from the suggested transfer suppliers and these were more expensive

Great company to deal with

A bit of a delay in confirming the transfer with the transfer supplier but once I raised this with Snowcompare it was resolved quickly. I’ve used Snowcompare a few times now and always been first rate.
